Sing a Sad Song
Selene Steese
for all the wounded
of the world.
Wail it loud and long,
howl it fierce and strong.
Sing in the language
of rebellious fire.
Scream in the key
of unquenchable ire.
Rant and rave
and gnash your teeth,
bay at the moon,
growl your grief.
of the world.
Wail it loud and long,
howl it fierce and strong.
Sing in the language
of rebellious fire.
Scream in the key
of unquenchable ire.
Rant and rave
and gnash your teeth,
bay at the moon,
growl your grief.
